I just want to say how pleased I was with the way I was handled with my broken garage door. The turn around time was better than anyone could ask for. I am pleased to write to you about a family owned business in our area that sets an example of what "Good Business Practice" means. If there were any awards to give out, I would be the first to speak on their behalf.      I had the pleasure of having DoorMaster install a garage door opener on one of my doors. I received an immediate response, fast installation and such professional service, I was astounded. The opener was very moderately priced and was far better installed than the other existing openers that I have. DoorMaster even adjusted the others without charge.      It is no surprise that three years later when an accident ocurred damaging one of my garage doors I contacted DoorMaster. However, I live in a very remote area and had to have the door repaired immediately. I called late on a snowy day which created very bad road conditions and was told that the owner himself would come right up to see the damage and see that the door was closed up so I could continue my trip to Colorado. The work has been completed and the bill was amazingly reasonable.      Even in my own profession, I have rarely seen such an excellent well run business.
